Wright Brothers Construction of Knoxville is a family owned business specializing in residential new construction.  We build between 6 – 9 homes each year, which consist of custom homes, pre-sold homes, and speculative homes.  Our goal is to provide our clients with exceptional quality homes at a value price …. All while having a pleasant  and low-stress building process!  We have been building since 2006 and have discovered how to make exceptional quality within reach financially!

Custom homes are homes where you own the land and have plans that you have already selected for Wright Brothers to build.  We can also help you in house plan selections and/or alterations.  With this process, we are contracted to build the home, but you are the owner at all times!

Pre-Sold homes are built on land which Wright Brothers owns and are generally built to a house plan which has been previously built by us.  We build the home to your specifications and help you with selections, and then you purchase  the home and lot at the end of the project.

Speculative homes are those homes which Wright Brothers builds to completion and then puts on the open market to sell.  We always include high-end finishes and custom selections in all our homes – no two are just alike!  At any given time Wright Brothers tries to have at least one spec home in process that will be available to purchase when it is completed.

All of our custom and pre-sold homes are bid at set pricing, so  you know exactly what you will pay for your home!  We also have an extensive pre-construction specification process so  you will also know that quality trim work, lighting, plumbing, etc. will be used in your new home.  Some items are handled in “allowances” … like laminate closet shelving and tile, but the allowances are always adequate to give you the quality finish that you see in Wright Brothers homes.
